Bar Beach wears new look for Christmas as thousands of decorative
lights switched on it. More photos below for you to feel of the
atmosphere as Lagos prepares to countdown to the New Year.
Lagos State Governor, Babatunde Fashola on Monday night, December
22nd, turned on the Lagos Festival of Lights to officially herald the
holiday season with thousands of decorative lights from the entire
stretch of the Marina through Ahmadu Bello Way to Bar Beach.
The Bar Beach is one of the several beaches on the Atlantic Ocean
along the shorelines of Lagos, situated at Victoria Island in Lagos,
the most popular beach in Nigeria.

Suspected kingpin of the deadly cult group, Badoo, operating in the Ikorodu area of Lagos State, Alhaji Alaka Abayomi, has declared readiness to submit himself to the Nigeria Police Force.
