Sanchez completed his move to Old Trafford on Monday after months of negotiations between the club and his representatives.
And on Wednesday the forward was pictured leaving the luxury Lowry Hotel in Manchester in his Bentley GT super car.

The city-centre residence, where Jose Mourinho has lived during his tenure at United, is now home to Sanchez and his two dogs Atom and Humber.
But there was no sign of the forward's feline friends as he headed to United's training base in his £150,000 car on Wednesday morning.
Sanchez was ineligible for United's clash with Burnley on the weekend, when Mourinho's side kept alive their slim hopes of catching rivals Manchester City with victory at Turf Moor.
The Chile forward could be in line to make his debut this Friday, when United travel to Yeovil for an FA Cup fourth-round tie.
But as he was pictured heading away from the Lowry on Wednesday, the forward's hopes of playing in Somerset remained in the balance.

His departure from Arsenal, meanwhile, has been marred by comments he made about Thierry Henry.
After sealing his move away from the club, Sanchez mentioned Henry's name in a clumsily translated goodbye message, suggesting the Gunners' all-time top goalscorer had told him to leave.
The Chilean wrote: 'I remember today, a conversation I had with Henry, a historic Arsenal player, who changed club for the same reason and today is my turn.'
Henry denied the claims and on Wednesday the Chilean sought to clarify the situation. 'Henry never told me to leave the club, it was a personal decision,' he wrote on Twitter.

'He LOVES the club and someday it would be nice to see him as the arsenal coach because he loves the club.'
There is no suggestion Sanchez is anything but totally committed to his new cause, however. Earlier this week he even dressing his 'mates' Atom and Humber, accompanied by a young relative, in United's home kit.
The two pooches, who were personally escorted to the hotel, had 'Alexis' printed on the back of their shirts.
The Lowry has not only been home to Sanchez and Mourinho, it is also where the United squad stay before games at Old Trafford.
